During this event participants are guided through a short grounding meditation to set space and intentions for a unique healing experience. It's important to set intentions that you are open to the healing sounds and vibrations! Once the grounding has taken place, the sounds of the various instruments take over and each individual is immersed in a sound and vibration bath of their own healing! The instruments that will be played during this experience are:
Tibetan singing bowls
gongs
steel tongue drum
buffalo drum
wave drum
kalimba
chimes
Event cost is $20/person on our website or $25/person at the door.
Space is limited to 20 people - tickets at the door are not guaranteed to be available.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a small mat, pillow, blanket, etc. to sit or lay on (none are provided). This sound bath usually is experienced by attendees while laying down, but some chairs will be available for those who choose to sit.
Water is always important during healing sessions!
