White Tara is the Buddha of Long Life.   She symbolizes purity and is often depicted  seated with legs crossed, holding a full lotus.  Also called “the mother of enlightenment,”  she embodies grace, wisdom, and swiftness  in fulfilling the long-life wishes for yourself and others. In this ceremony, the monks will  connect you to the blessings of strength, serenity, and health that White Tara offers. $20 suggested donation at the door for the monks’ building improvements, and  medical and living expenses in exile.
