Journey back to the root of yourself with this deep and playful combined practice of breath and voice. Abigail Elizabeth Fischer (a professional opera singer and musical medicine woman), will teach warmups to open up breath awareness and vocal expression with live improvised/channeled medicine music, and then lead the group in rewilding vocal play where everyone can free their voice.
