Do you ever have the sense that some part of you is missing because something is unclear about your roots and your relationship to previous generations? Our focus for this month will be on recovering what has been lost, bringing together what has been divided, and remembering what has been forgotten. 

In this workshop, we will use family constellations to look at the ways in which we have lost touch with ourselves due to our loss of connection to ancestry and due to the patterns of exclusion within our family systems as they have been passed down to us. 

We will not just discuss this, but also experientially dive in through the art of representation, an important element of family constellations, as developed by Bert Hellinger. Attendees will use the art of representation to connect each other to their roots intuitively, in ways that are not easy to experience only through the mind. $25 for participation, $50 to $100 suggested for anyone requesting a constellation.
